near the sea.

i like the nearness of the sea. it's calming. it's captivating. it puts my soul at ease. i've been able to more easily deal with living in a city with at least 16 million other people by being able to quickly get to the sea. whether it's sitting in front of the sea on a bench in the city or riding a boat across the bosphorus or going to a beach an hour outside of the city... there's just something refreshing about the sea. there's a way that He takes that little amount of time and refreshes my soul.
